Our rentals in Roses

The town of Roses in Spain is located only 30 km south of the French border. The nearest airports are Girona airport at 70 km and Barcelona airport at 170 km.

Roses has a population of 15,000, but this number can rise to 90,000 people who are in many rentals during the high season.

The town enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate with average annual temperatures above 30ºC in summer.

The beach in the town centre is very popular, wide and calm, with golden sand and shallow waters, ideal for families and for practising all kinds of water sports.

The port of Rosas is located at the eastern end of the beach. Today it is one of the most important fishing ports in the region in terms of production and number of boats.

Only 3 km from the town centre is the Canyelles Petite beach, which is ideally situated in a sheltered area. It has been awarded the European Community's Blue Flag.

A few kilometres further east, L'Almadrava beach will delight you with its 300 metres of fine golden sand and deep blue waters.
Don't miss a visit to the Ciudadela, which offers archaeological remains dating back to antiquity, including the remains of the Greek city of Rhodes.

If you are a nature lover, the Dels Aiguamolls del Empordá National Park will surprise you with its large reed beds, marshes and lagoons where you can observe a wide variety of migratory birds.

You can also take a boat to the nearby village of Cadaques, a charming fishing village where the artist Salvador Dalí stayed on many occasions.
